STESCO Hikers Stove

    There are already STESCO stoves here in the gallery, but thought that this nickel plated one was worth listing as it has the provisional patent number 28869/33 and a different over-heating/pressure safety device. This comprises a lead seal inside the filler cap that melts if the stove becomes overheated, and vents pressure through the small hole in the cap.

    i think that i have a spare pre- heat wick / stick i bought a similar model and it came with two if you would like it send me a message

    Thanks Blaze, but I will be selling this one on. Did not know there was a wick in them and it is a sealed unit, so no way to get into the burner tube. Thanks anyway, nice thought. Steve
